Privacy Policy

Olune ("we", "us") lets you take a selfie and see yourself styled in AI-generated looks, then shop the real pieces. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We built Olune to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

  • Your selfie / photos. The photo you capture or upload to generate looks.
  • Account info. If you create an account: your email and an optional @handle.
  • Your generated looks & preferences. The styles you pick and the looks you save, so your wardrobe persists.
  • Basic usage & device data. A per-install identifier and app activity used to run the free-tier limits and improve the app. We do not collect precise location.
  • Purchases. Subscription status (managed by Apple); we never see your card details.

How your photo is used

To create your looks, your selfie is sent securely to our AI generation partners (fal.ai and Google) solely to produce your images. It is used for that generation and is not posted publicly, not used to train models, and not sold. We do not use your face for identification. You can permanently delete your account and associated images at any time from the app (Settings → “Delete my account”).

Who we share data with

We share only what's needed to run the app, with service providers acting on our behalf:

  • fal.ai / Google - AI image generation.
  • Supabase - authentication and storage of your account and saved looks.
  • Apple & RevenueCat - subscription processing and status.

All third parties above are contractually required to provide the same or equal protection of your data as stated in this Privacy Policy. They may use your data only to perform their service for Olune, must not use it for their own purposes or to train their models, and must not retain it longer than necessary to provide that service.

We never sell your personal data.

Your choices & rights

  • Delete your account & data in-app: Settings → “Delete my account”.
  • Access or correct your information by contacting us.
  • Decline camera/photo permissions (the app needs a photo to generate looks).

Data retention

We keep your account and saved looks until you delete them or your account. Selfies sent for generation are processed to create your images and are not retained as a separate face database.

Children

Olune is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
