Delete your Olune account

You can permanently delete your Olune account and everything attached to it at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Olune and go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account, saved looks, posts and profile are deleted right away.
By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@joinolune.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Olune account”. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account (email, @handle, name, profile photo) and sign-in identity.
- Your saved looks, posts, sends, follows and preferences stored on our servers.
- Your push notification token and generation history tied to the account.
Selfies are processed only to generate your looks and are not kept as a face database, so there is nothing further to remove. Looks stored only on your device are removed when you delete the app.
What we keep
Anonymized, aggregate usage statistics that cannot identify you, and purchase records that Google Play or Apple require us to retain for accounting. Active subscriptions are managed and cancelled through Google Play or the App Store, not by deleting your account.
